Dear TRAUMASICON 2025 delegate,

The Organizing Committee of TRAUMASICON 2025 invites for submission of abstracts under following categories.

Oral Paper Presentation
  • Only original articles, case series >20 cases are accepted.
  • No reviews/systematic reviews/meta-analysis/case reports will be accepted.
  • The top three oral paper presentations will receive Prize money award and certificate.
Top three will receive prize money of ₹10,000
Poster presentation
  • Original articles, reviews/systematic reviews/meta-analysis/case series/case reports will be accepted.
  • The top three poster presentations will receive Prize money award and certificate.
Top three will receive prize money of ₹5,000
Faculty Abstract
  • Only original articles are accepted.
  • All faculties irrespective of designation are eligible.
  • Bonafide certificate form head of institute /Dean academics has to be uploaded at the time of abstract submission.
Single best paper will be awarded with cash prize of  ₹15,000 and certificate

Rules and Regulation
  • All abstracts submissions need conference registration mandatorily before submission of abstracts.
  • All the abstracts will be accepted till 30th September, 2025.
  • Acceptances will be notified by 7th October, 2025.
  • All abstracts to be submitted by online through website only.
  • All accepted abstract presentations should be emailed to traumasicon2025@gmail.com on or before 12th October, 2025 with Author Name as file name and category (for example Rohit-oral-paper, Rohit-poster, Rohit-faculty)
Submission Guidelines
  • All abstracts must be in English language.
  • Fonts – Times New Roman, Font size-12 should be used.
  • A maximum of only Four authors for each abstract is allowed.
  • Presenting author should be the first author.
  • Presenting author should be registered for conference, otherwise abstract will not be considered for presentation.
  • Themes: All abstract should be related to trauma and trauma critical care.
